West Ham are keen to sign Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer, according to reports.
After spending six years with Arsenal, the central midfielder joined Liverpool in 2017. He made the move for around £35m.
The Englishman hit the ground running as a Liverpool player but his four-season spell has been hampered by injury.

Oxlade-Chamberlain played 42 times during his debut season in 2017/18 across all competitions.
But he only managed to play twice the season after. He enjoyed a better season in 2019/20 before becoming just a bit-part player again for Jurgen Klopp‘s side this term.
The 27-year-old scored his first goal of the season against Burnley in midweek to help his side to a vital 3-0 victory.
Football Insider have reported that West Ham have made an “approach” to Liverpool to check Oxlade-Chamberlain’s availability ahead of this summer. The Hammers are keen to boost their options in midfield during the summer window.
The report adds that even though Klopp has stated that the player has a future at the club, they are willing to listen to offers for him. They value him at around £22m.
“Oxlade-Chamberlain hasn’t been a failure at Liverpool, he’s been part of a squad that’s won the Premier League and a Champions League. Yes, Liverpool paid £40m for him, but in today’s world, that isn’t a lot of money for a player.
“He’s been integral to the squad. He may not be one of the first 11 all the time but in the last few years he hasn’t let the team down and I don’t see that as a failure at all. He’s been a great addition and helped Liverpool to the glory that they’ve achieved.
“Whether he then moves on because he wants to play regular football rather than staying at a club in which he won’t always start, he’ll have to decide that.
Barnes added: “I think Chamberlain may feel at this point in his career that he’s hungry to play football regularly, so might have to move on.”
