USA vs. Paraguay: how to watch Carli Lloyd’s third-to-last appearance for the USWNT

Fox Sports 1 will screen the international friendly, with its pre-game show starting at 7 p.m. ET. The game is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET. Spanish language channel TUDN will also air the game on television in the USA.

Lloyd gave fans reasons to come back and watch the World Cup champions again on Tuesday after netting a record-tying five goals against Paraguay last week. The 39-year-old became the ninth American player to score five goals in a game and passed Kristine Lilly to move into third on the all-time USWNT goal-scoring list. Lloyd now has 133 career international goals, and only Mia Hamm (158) and Abby Wambach (184) rank higher than her.

Washington Spirit captain Andi Sullivan scored her first two international goals in the Stars and Stripes’ 9-0 win over Las Guaranies. The 25-year-old midfielder is one of the NWSL’s best talents and showed that she is ready to earn her spot in Vlatko Andonovski’s national team roster.

Chicago Red Stars forward Mallory Pugh also had a good night on Friday, dishing out a couple of assists to Lloyd and one to Sullivan. The 23-year-old did not make the final cut for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics but is back and ready to reclaim her spot in the USWNT.
