Defender Tyrick Mitchell has signed a new deal with Crystal Palace which keeps him at the club until 2025.
The left-back joined the Eagles’ youth setup in 2016 and made his first-team debut in July last year.
He’s become an important squad member for Roy Hodgson this term, making 14 appearances in all competitions.

Speaking about his new deal, Mitchell told Palace TV: “I’m delighted. It’s a great place to be and an exciting time so I’m delighted to sign a contract.
“I can see, especially with the academy building now and academy players coming through, it’s a great time.”
Club chairman Steve Parish added: “This shows once again how our academy can attract the very best young talent and develop them into first-team players.
“Tyrick’s progress is an immense source of pride for our club and academy.”
The 21-year-old most recently featured in the 2-1 victory over Brighton in February.
His season has been affected by injuries but the Englishman has still impressed Palace coaches.
Mitchell is likely to become a first-team regular next season as Patrick Van Aanholt nears a Selhurst Park exit.
The Dutchman, signed from Sunderland in January 2017, is in talks with Galatasaray over a free transfer.
He’s run down his contract with Palace and wants to play Champions League football in 2021/22.
Mitchell could therefore become the club’s first-choice left-back if his exciting development continues.
Tying Mitchell down to fresh terms has been one of the club’s main priorities in recent weeks.
However, they will need to act fast if they want to retain a majority of their squad.
15 players have contracts which expire in June, allowing them to speak to interested clubs.
They include star players Gary Cahill and Christian Benteke, plus midfielder James McCarthy.
This summer looks set to be an important one for Palace.
Not only will several players leave Selhurst Park, there could also be a change in management.
Hodgson is out of contract in June and could announce his retirement.
As a result, Palace officials have drawn up a three-man shortlist of replacements.
Eddie Howe, Frank Lampard and Sean Dyche are all under consideration.
