Spurs boss Jose Mourinho has “no margin for error” this season, according to Robbie Savage.
The forward is enjoying another stellar year with Tottenham Hotspur. He has 21 goals and 14 assists from his 33 appearances across all competitions.
This has taken his tally to 209 goals and 44 assists from 320 outings for Spurs.

Despite Kane’s form, this campaign has been an inconsistent one for Mourinho’s side. They sat at the top of the Premier League earlier this season and they earned a place in the Carabao Cup final.
But an awful run of five defeats from their last six league games has seen them drop down to ninth in the table.
Writing in his column for The Mirror, Savage claimed that winning the Carabao Cup may not be enough for Mourinho to keep Kane and Daniel Levy happy:
“Mourinho has no margin for error to prevent his first full season in charge of Tottenham ending in failure – and possibly the departure of talisman Harry Kane.
“If Spurs finish yet another campaign without a trophy, and with no Champions League football in September, you have to wonder if Kane is going to stick around much longer.
“Even if they win the League Cup final against Manchester City, it may not be enough to appease the fans, chairman Daniel Levy or even Kane himself.
“I only had a League Cup winner’s medal to show for my career and I still get absolutely slaughtered for it.
“For this season to be regarded as a success, Mourinho probably has to deliver Champions League football – and that means putting all his eggs in one basket by winning the Europa League.”
