Patrick Bamford’s 73rd-minute goal secures Leeds United a top-half finish in their return season in the Premier League.
The first half proved to be a tight contest. Southampton started the game the better of the two sides as Che Adams came close to scoring.
But Leeds grew into the game the more the half went on. Both sides exchanged chances in the second half until Marcelo Bielsa’s took the lead in the 73rd-minute.
