Featuring a couple of Man Utd starlets, eight academy graduates, a £10million recruit, and a record signing…
1) Antwoine Hackford – Sheffield United
16 years, 9 months, 13 days
Crystal Palace 2-0 Sheffield United
The centre-forward was given his Premier League debut at the start of January, perhaps in part for Chris Wilder to make a point to Prince Abdullah. Hackford hasn’t been seen in a Blades’ squad since, but the England youth international is one of several Blades youngsters likely to play a bigger role next season.
Daniel Jebbison & Antwoine Hackford have been called up to represent England.

2) Dane Scarlett – Tottenham
16 years, 10 months, 14 days
Tottenham 2-0 West Brom
“He is a diamond, a kid with incredible potential,” said Jose Mourinho of Scarlett after an impressive Europa League cameo in February, a fortnight after the striker had already tasted his first seconds – literally – in the Premier League having come in on added time in the win over the Baggies.
3) Shola Shoretire – Manchester United
17 years, 19 days
Manchester United 3-1 Newcastle United
The winger was given a couple of minutes at the end of the win over Newcastle four days before he became United’s youngest ever player in a European match when he came off the bench in the second leg against Real Sociedad.

4) Liam Delap – Manchester City
17 years, 7 months, 19 days
Manchester City 2-5 Leicester City
The centre-forward enjoyed a few weeks around Pep Guardiola’s first team at the start of the season, with Delap getting 39 minutes off the bench against Leicester, a few days after scoring his first senior goal in the Carabao Cup against Bournemouth.
5) Lewis Richardson – Burnley
18 years, 21 days
Tottenham 4-0 Burnley
The forward was sent on in the dying stages at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but after failing to score four goals in two minutes, he hasn’t seen any further Premier League action. Five goals and five assists so far for the Under-23s could earn him another opportunity before the end of the season.

6) Fabio Silva – Wolves
18 years, 2 months, 2 days
Wolves 1-3 Manchester City
Silva stands out in this list, predominantly comprised of academy graduates, by virtue of being his club’s record signing. The £30million striker was eased into Premier League with six further substitute appearances before being handed a start in December. Silva has scored twice in the league though Wolves lost on each occasion.
7) Elliot Anderson – Newcastle
18 years, 2 months, 12 days
Arsenal 3-0 Newcastle
The midfielder, currently being fought over by England and Scotland, has made two senior appearances for Steve Bruce’s side – both against Arsenal, both at the Emirates. Anderson played 39 of the 120 minutes of the FA Cup defeat in January before featuring for three minutes at the end of their league defeat a fortnight later.
A proud moment for Elliot Anderson as he comes on for his Newcastle United debut!

8) Ki-Jana Hoever – Wolves
18 years, 8 months, 9 days
West Ham 4-0 Wolves
Liverpool greased the wheels of the deal to sign Diogo Jota by sending Hoever the other way in return for around £10million. The Dutch right-sider struggled to catch Jurgen Klopp’s eye but he has made 15 appearances in all competitions for Wolves.
9) Mason Greenwood – Manchester United
18 years, 11 months, 19 days
Manchester United 1-3 Crystal Palace
A veteran compared to most of his contemporaries here, Greenwood had already made 32 Premier League appearances before featuring in United’s woeful defeat in their season opener.
10) Caleb Watts – Southampton
19 years, 10 days
Southampton 1-3 Arsenal
The London-raised Australia youth international has come off Ralph Hasenhuttl’s bench twice since his debut against Arsenal: “I was talking to a team-mate afterwards and I was telling him it felt surreal to be out there playing with Willian in front of me.” Willian has had that effect on a few people this season.
