Pep Guardiola has reacted to Man City’s 2-1 defeat to 10-man Leeds United, saying his team ‘did not control’ their opponents.
The league leaders went behind in the 42nd minute as Stuart Dallas rifled onto the post and past Ederson.
Man City were given a boost just minutes later as Liam Cooper was sent off for a high challenge on Gabriel Jesus.

Luckily, Jesus came out of the tackle unscathed. Leeds had to change shape as they looked to hold on in the second half.
Man City got their equaliser in the 76th minute through Ferran Torres. A nice sweeping move saw Fernandinho play in Bernardo Silva, who then set up Torres.
The 21-year-old beat Illan Meslier with a first-time strike.
But Leeds had the last laugh as Dallas raced through in injury-time and scored with a composed finish.
Speaking to BBC Sport after the loss, Guardiola said: “We played a real good game. The goal we gave them, in behind, we were solid and make mistakes for a counter attack. We did not control it. We did not create enough for the forwards. It is part of the game.
“In the last 10 minutes they had other chances, they are fast and can do it. When they defend in the way they were you have to stop them running and we did not do that. The best moment we had in the game, we make a mistake in behind and we tried but could not score.
“We are going to rest and prepare for two days for the game in Dortmund and decide on how we are going to play.”
The result saw Man City beaten for just the fourth time in the Premier League this campaign.
It’s unlikely to impact the title race massively but will postpone Guardiola and co’s announcement as champions.
They remain 14 points ahead of rivals Man Utd, having played two extra games.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men will aim to close that gap when they face Spurs on Sunday at 16:30.
For Leeds, meanwhile, the win takes them up to 45 points after 31 games.
They have the likes of Everton and Aston Villa in their sights. A top ten finish for Marcelo Bielsa’s team on their return to the top flight would end a great season.
