Arsenal boss Mikel Areta is lining up a summer transfer move for Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey, according to reports.
Ramsey enjoyed eleven successful seasons as an Arsenal player after joining the Gunners in June 2008 from Cardiff City for around £5m.
The midfielder went on to make over 370 appearances for Arsenal, providing 65 goals and 65 assists before he swapped London for Turin.

The Wales international left for Juventus in July 2019 after seeing out his contract with the Gunners, signing a four-year deal with the Italian giants.
Ramsey has now made 54 appearances for the Serie A outfit with five goals to his name and the 30-year-old has bagged two goals and provided three assists in nine league starts this term.
Despite that, Ramsey has not been at his best in Turin and there have been reports previously that he could leave Juventus in the summer.
And TuttoJuve (via CaughtOffside) claims that Arteta wants to make a surprise transfer swoop” by bringing Ramsey back to the Emirates Stadium.
It is understood that Ramsey is happy to stay and Juventus equally happy to keep him but Arteta now wants the chance to work with his former team-mate.
There’s no detail of the figures that would be involved in such a deal but there’s no doubt Ramsey would still be able to have an impact in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Robert Pires recently predicted that Ramsey’s time at Arsenal is not done and that he could return in the future to play an important role.
Pires said: “He is very intelligent and knows how to adapt everywhere, Juve is a very big club and Serie A is improving him even more.
“He needs to stay a few more years and then he will return to Arsenal.
“It is my belief, I am not a fortune teller.”
Pires added: “Aaron would be perfect in Mikel Arteta’s game system, but he belongs to Juve and he has to stay focused on the Old Lady to win trophies.
“This year he has already won one, I hope it’s just the first in a long line.”
