Man Utd forward Anthony Elanga reacted on social media after making his Premier League debut against Leicester City on Tuesday night.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made ten changes to a United side that defeated Aston Villa 3-1 on Sunday, much to the displeasure of Liverpool fans.
The heavy rotation allowed for 19-year-old Elanga to make his first Premier League appearance, alongside fellow league debutant Amad Diallo.

Unfortunately for the youngster, he couldn’t help Man Utd to a win against fellow top-four occupiers Leicester as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford.
However, Elanga was still gripped with pride as he took to social media, posting on Instagram: “An honour to make my debut tonight. Everyone knows how much this Club means to me.
“It’s been a long journey to this point and I couldn’t have achieved this without the support of my family. There are so many people that I am thankful for in making this dream come true. God’s glory always.”
Both Elanga and Diallo’s debuts were hailed by teammate Nemanja Matic, who said: “We had some meetings, of course we are not happy with the result, but we played some good football. The youngsters did well and showed great character against a very good side.”
United return to action on Thursday night as they face champions Liverpool at home, hoping to put their rivals to the sword and end their hopes of a top-four finish.
The Red Devils will be without Harry Maguire after Solskjaer confirmed his captain suffered ankle ligament damage in Sunday’s win at Villa.
Maguire’s injury will further worry his manager with the Europa League final fast approaching.
Solskjaer told MUTV: “Obviously we’ve had scans and the good news is there’s no fracture.
“(There is) ligament damage and hopefully we’ll see him again this season. Hopefully ready for the final.”
If the former Leicester man is out for the final, Solskjaer will likely turn to Eric Bailly to fill the void, although Axel Tuanzebe could also be in contention to partner Victor Lindelof in Maguire’s absence.
England boss Gareth Southgate will also be paying close attention to Maguire’s progress as he is poised to name his squad for the European Championships on May 25.
