Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has rubbished rumours that he is close to signing a new two-year deal.
Last week, reports in Argentina suggested that he was in talks with the club over a contract extension.
The 65-year-old is out of contract in June and it looks as though negotiations are yet to be held.

Speaking to the PA news agency, Bielsa said: “That information is not real. I ignore the origin. Those things, either the club can say or I can say it, we are the ones who possess the information.
“In all cases, if there was any information to give, then I would give it.”
Bielsa is now in his third year of managing the Whites. He prefers to discuss new deals at the end of a season, so all of the club’s focus is on the team’s performances.
Last year, he signed a one-year contract extension after steering Leeds back to the Premier League for the first time in 16 years.
Bielsa’s tenure has marked a new era for the Yorkshire side.
In the 2017/18 campaign, before the Argentinian took over at Elland Road, they finished 13th in the Championship on 60 points.
In Bielsa’s first season in charge they reached third place by picking up an impressive 83 points.
They secured promotion to the top flight by winning the Championship title the following season.
Leeds’ success has continued this term. They’re fighting with the likes of Arsenal and Aston Villa for a top-ten finish.
Their most recent win was against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City. Despite going down to ten men, they gained three points at the Etihad thanks to a brace from Stuart Dallas.
Raphinha, Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison have all been standout performers under Bielsa.
Bamford was unlucky to miss out on an England call-up during the international break. If he can continue scoring goals then he could sneak into the squad for this summer’s European Championships.
Bielsa is helping to make Raphinha one of the most sought after players in England.
He’s been great since joining from Rennes and is a top Liverpool target.
The manager is yet to sign a new deal but with the club’s upward trajectory, it’s hard to imagine him leaving at the end of 2020/21.
