Pundit Ian Wright has backed Chelsea to make a move for departing Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
The 32-year-old will join a new club at the end of the season after 10 successful years in Manchester.
He’s won four Premier League titles, six League Cups, one FA Cup and could yet add a Champions League winners medal to his collection.

Chelsea are one of several teams to be linked with a move for the Argentinian. They’re joined by Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Everton in the transfer race.
Speaking about Aguero on his podcast, Wright said: “I think that decision has come from Pep Guardiola, he doesn’t want him there anymore.
“I heard [Guardiola’s] interview [after the Crystal Palace win], ‘what a goal, what a player, what a man, I’m incredibly delighted he’s back’, none of that makes sense to me. The fact we now know he’s leaving, it doesn’t make sense.
“He was so sharp against Crystal Palace. How a player of that calibre, as good as he is, is not starting against PSG [in the Champions League semi-final first leg] when you saw the chances they created where they didn’t have a No.9, you saw the way he took his chance against Palace, you’re thinking, you need a half-chance taker.
“We’re talking about going into the next phase for Pep to go into that place where he should be [winning the Champions League], where he’s gone with Barcelona but he needs to do it with another team.
“You’re going into that situation without arguably one of the greatest strikers. It doesn’t make sense that he’s leaving.
“Can I throw something out there? He should go to Chelsea.
“When you look at Edinson Cavani [at Manchester United] and the pace of the guys behind him, you look at Luis Suarez at Atletico, the pace and everything they’ve got around him.
“Can you imagine Aguero up top for Chelsea with Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, all those guys, [Callum] Hudson-Odoi, [Christian] Pulisic around him, that’s 25 goals.
“Me, if I’m Chelsea and I can get him for free, I’m going in.
“I’ve fabricated this all in my head that he’s vexed with Pep and it’s the kind of thing where he’ll say, ‘yes, I’m going to go to Chelsea’.”
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel would want Aguero at Stamford Bridge.
But with Olivier Giroud and Tammy Abraham set to be sold this summer, Aguero could be brought in as a cheaper alternative to Erling Haaland.
