Since Thomas Tuchel arrived at Chelsea, Kai Havertz has moved from the peripheries at Stamford Bridge to a central figure again.
The 21-year-old found himself under instant pressure in West London, arriving with a club-record transfer fee attached to him, and has largely underwhelmed. But under Tuchel he has started the club’s last two games, playing an integral part in their 2-0 win over Everton and also completing 90 minutes against Leeds.
