Richarlison’s second half header helped Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton to a valuable three points over Wolves.
There was very little between the sides in the first half as they had one or two decent chances apiece. Morgan Gibbs-White and Adama Traore had Wolves’ best opportunities in the half.
Richarlison looked to have scored for Everton but his shot from inside the area was deflected away from goal.
The ‘worst’ Premier League XI of the season
The Brazillian forward did get his goal shortly after the restart though. The 24-year-old was found by Gylfi Sigurdsson from the corner spot and the attacker did well to find head the ball into the far corner.
It finished 1-0 which earns Everton a much-needed three points at Goodison Park.
