Real Madrid moved level on points with Atletico Madrid at the top of La Liga with a 2-1 win over Barcelona.
Karim Benzema opened the scoring with his ninth goal in his last seven league games, a near-post flick in the 13th minute.
Toni Kroos doubled Real’s advantage with a deflected free-kick but Oscar Mingueza’s first goal for Barca halved their deficit.
Casemiro saw red during a frantic finish which saw Ilaix Moriba hit the crossbar with almost the last kick of the game.
The victory sees Real move level on points with Atletico who play Real Betis on Sunday night, while Barca sit a point off the pace in third.
