Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham is “resigned” to leaving his boyhood club with Leicester and West Ham “interested” in him, according to reports.
Abraham joined the Londoners at youth level and he progressed well through their academy.
This led to him making his Premier League debut against Liverpool towards the end of the 2015/16 campaign.

The striker joined Championship side Bristol City on loan in 2016/17. He impressed as he netted 23 times in the second tier from his 41 outings.
His form was rewarded as he made the step up to the top flight the season after as he joined Swansea City on loan. After bagging eight goals that term, he made the move to promotion-chasing Aston Villa in 2018/19.
Abraham was vital for the Villans that campaign. He netted 26 goals to help his side achieve promotion via the play-offs.
The 23-year-old returned to Chelsea last summer and he had a positive season under Frank Lampard. He scored 15 league goals to help the Blues finish in the top four.
The Englishman has fallen down the pecking order this term, though. He did not feature in the Chelsea squad for the Champions League final.
Speaking after his side beat Man City 1-0 in the final in Porto, as cited by The Express, Thomas Tuchel was asked about his current squad of players:
“Obviously we have a strong group, a strong bond, that can defend as a unit which is a huge part of football and have answers for questions in the game. They have a huge energy in the game and can deliver under pressure.
“The level is now set from when the celebrations are over and when we have digested this experience, it is the moment to evolve and to use it, become better to learn. It is absolutely crucial. We have young players, now it is a big challenge to stay hungry and go for the next one.”
The Evening Standard have reported that the striker is expecting to leave this summer. Leicester and West Ham are both interested in him.
The report adds that Chelsea are hoping to sell Abraham for £40-45m in the coming months.
