Chelsea kept Porto at bay to progress through to the Champions League semi-finals.
Porto had plenty of the ball in the first half, but they struggled to create any chances as they failed to register a shot on target.
Chelsea did not have many chances themselves but they did all they had to do as they defended well. Mehdi Taremi got a consolation for Porto in stoppage time. Thomas Tuchel’s side will face either Liverpool or Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals.
