Edinson Cavani will be available to play a part for Manchester United this weekend against Everton, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed.
The forward joined Man United on a free transfer after his contract with PSG expired this summer. He had scored 200 times from his 301 appearances for the French giants.
The 33-year-old had his doubters when he made his move to the Premier League. But he has enjoyed a good start to life at Old Trafford.

Cavani has five goals and two assists from his 15 league outings this season. He scored United’s fourth goal just before half time on Tuesday night as they went onto beat Southampton 9-0.
The forward had to be subbed off at half time, though. Solskjaer confirmed in his recent press conference, as cited by Eurosport, that Cavani suffered a “bad ankle knock” against the Saints:
“Edinson [Cavani] should be available, yeah, definitely. He got a bad ankle knock there [against Southampton].
“Eric [Bailly] is a doubt and apart from that everyone’s raring to go.
“Keep doing the right things, keep creating good habits, making sure we’re ready for every game.
“The more games we play in a short space of time, we do not have time to sit back and relax and enjoy the last game.
“That’s a good thing, because if you sit back and think ‘well, we scored nine and that’ll come by itself’, it isn’t. We have to make sure we start the game in the same way as we did last time.
“Against Everton, we face a really hard challenge again. I don’t think anyone will get carried away with the [9-0 win] because we know we played against 10 men for the full game and of course that’s demoralising when they lose the players like they did.”
