Fenerbahce winger Bright Osayi-Samuel has been linked with a move away from Turkey this summer and the 23-year-old is a target for Celtic and Rangers.
Apparently, both Scottish clubs are closely monitoring the winger’s situation and they could submit a loan offer with an option to buy him permanently.

The 23-year-old was linked with a move to Scotland before he joined the Turkish outfit.
There is no doubt that Osayi-Samuel is a talented player but he has struggled to adapt to the Turkish league so far.
A move to Rangers or Celtic could give the winger a fresh start and it could help him recapture his form and confidence.
According to other reports, Rangers have already made a formal approach for the winger and it remains to be seen whether they can fend off the competition from their arch-rivals and secure the 23-year-old’s services this summer.

Both teams could use some depth in the wide areas and Osayi-Samuel will add pace and creativity to their attack.
The 23-year-old might be out of form right now but he is quite young and he has plenty of time to regain his sharpness and fulfil his potential. He could prove to be a smart signing for either club in the long run.
