Dusan Vlahovic is the number one transfer target for Tottenham Director of Football Fabio Paratici this summer according to a report from Firenze Viola.

The Fiorentina ace is being lined up by Spurs as the perfect replacement for Harry Kane if the England international does in fact end up leaving.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s spell in charge of Tottenham will be defined by his ability to either keep Kane at the club or adequately replace him when he leaves.

Paratici seems to be on the look-out for the best possible replacement for the 27-year-old.

And the former Juventus chief has allegedly identified the man for the job.

Paratici wants Vlahovic at Tottenham

Firenze Viola claims that the Spurs Director of Football has identified the 21-year-old striker as his number one choice to replace Kane if the Englishman does in fact leave this summer.

The Serie A outfit could demand as much as £50 million for the Serbia international according to La Gazzeta dello Sport (print edition, July 15, page 15).

Vlahovic would be an exceptional addition for Tottenham.

The 6ft 3in striker is a real talent. If Tottenham sell Kane this summer, there are not many better options to replace him than Vlahovic.

The Fiorentina ace is strong in the air and is as powerful as they come. His domineering stature defies his tender years.

Vlahovic scored 21 goals in 37 Serie A games for Fiorentina last season. He really does seem to be like a superstar in the making. Well-renowned Italian football website Sempre Milan recently described the Serb as an ‘exceptional’ striker.

£50 million might actually represent decent value for Tottenham. Especially if they sell Kane for more than double that amount.
