European giants Porto are considering making a move for Everton winger Bernard this summer.
According to journalist Ekrem Konour, Porto are ‘interested’ in signing the Brazilian winger.
He is not in Rafael Benitez’s first-team plans, and the club is ready to offload him. He claims that a ‘formal negotiation’ will begin shortly.

The 28-year-old joined the Toffees in 2018 from Shakhtar Donetsk on a free transfer.
He has managed 84 appearances for the Toffees, scoring only eight goals. Last season, he really struggled for regular games, managing only 12 Premier League appearances.
Bernard is a skilful player who is very pleasing on the eye, but with him, it’s only been flashes of brilliance with very little output.
He is on £120k-per-week wages at the club, and Benitez wants to get him off the high wage bill.
UAE side Sharjah are also one of the club’s interested in Bernard, according to The Athletic.
The Spaniard has stressed the importance of adding quality creative players this summer, and he is focussing on bolstering the wide areas.
The Toffees have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Demarai Gray, while Andros Townsend has joined on a free transfer.
It seems Benitez is still working on bringing in a top-quality winger this summer, with the futures of James Rodriguez and Richarlison still unclear.
In recent weeks, Everton have been linked with Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey, who is also being chased by Aston Villa.
The two clubs could also battle each other out for the signing of Burnley winger Dwight McNeill as well.
