Aston Villa want to sign Bournemouth winger Arnaut Danjuma this summer, according to a report from The Sun (print edition, July 20, page 51).
Some Villa fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.
The Villans have already gone big in the transfer market this summer.
Dean Smith has brought in Emi Buendia and Ashley Young and has been linked with big money moves for Tammy Abraham (Birmingham Mail) and Emile Smith-Rowe (Birmingham Mail).
Danjuma is the latest name to add to that list.
The 24-year-old lit up the Championship last season. He racked up 15 goals and seven assists. Only six players had more goal contributions in the division.
The Holland international is quick, strong and always plays with a certain kind of directness that makes him perfectly suited to the style of play that Dean Smith implements at Villa Park.
Danjuma would be a good signing for Aston Villa
The Cherries reportedly want around £35 million for Danjuma according to a report from The Sun (print edition, July 20, page 51).
That does seem like a lot of money but Villa are the kind of club who would pay that sort of cash for someone with the talent that the Dutchman undoubtedly possesses.

Best Case Scenario IMO (If Jack Leaves):
Villa receive anywhere from 90 – 120 million pounds
We sign another winger, I personally would prefer Danjuma. But it may be McNeil.
Finally, Villa go big for a proven CAM. I’m talking 40 – 60 million type player.
