Celtic have agreed on a deal with Rubin Kazan to sign the Swedish centre back Carl Starfelt.
The Scottish giants have been linked with a move for the Swedish defender in recent weeks and Fabrizio Romano claims that the deal is now complete and the official announcement will be made soon.
Apparently, the Hoops agreed on personal terms with the player a week ago and they are set to pay a fee of around €5 million for the defender.

The Scottish outfit have been linked with quite a few defenders in the last few days they have apparently submitted a bid for the Rennes full-back Sacha Boey as well.
It is clear that Ange Postecoglou is looking to improve his back four before the new season begins.
It is no surprise because Celtic were quite vulnerable at the back last year and they will need to shore up defensively in order to challenge Rangers for the Scottish League title next season.
Furthermore, the likes of Kristoffer Ajer have been linked with a move away from Parkhead and the Hoops will need to bring in adequate replacements.
Starfelt is at the peak of his career right now and he could make an immediate impact at the Scottish club next season.
The 26-year-old has the quality to justify his €5 million price tag. If he can adapt to Scottish football quickly, his signing could prove to be a bargain for the Hoops.
