Everton to move for long-term target this summer, 21-yr-old will cost more than £25m – originally posted on Sportslens.com

Everton seem determined to improve their full-back options this summer and they continue to be linked with full-backs every week.

According to 90 min, newly appointed manager Rafa Benitez is now eyeing up a summer move for the Norwich City defender Max Aarons and the Netherlands international Denzel Dumfries.

It is unlikely that the Toffees will sign both players in one summer and therefore it is fair to assume that they are looking to sign one of the two players.

Aarons has been outstanding for Norwich over the past two seasons and it is no surprise that the Premier League clubs are looking to sign him.

He has helped Norwich regain promotion back to the Premier League and the 21-year-old has the quality to play regularly for a club like Everton. He could be the ideal long term replacement for Seamus Coleman.

Apparently, Aarons has been a long term target for the Merseyside outfit and he could cost in excess of £25m this summer.

Meanwhile, Dumfries has been excellent for PSV Eindhoven this past season and he had an impressive European Championships campaign with his country as well.

The 25-year-old right-back chipped in with vital goals for the Netherlands during the Euros and he has proven to be a reliable defender as well.

Both players would be excellent additions for the Toffees this summer and it remains to be seen who they end up signing eventually.
