Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu is thought to be a man in demand this summer.

According to Eldesmarque, multiple clubs are interested in signing the Turkish midfielder who was on loan at West Bromwich Albion this past season.

The 27-year-old made quite an impression in the Premier League with the Baggies and Leeds United are thought to be considering a move for him.

Apparently, Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on the defensive midfielder as well.

Marcelo Bielsa could definitely use some depth in the defensive midfield department and Yokuslu would be an ideal backup for Kalvin Phillips.

Phillips has been an outstanding player for Leeds over the last couple of seasons but there is no specialist alternative to him and Leeds have suffered in his absence.

Yokuslu could prove to be a useful addition.

The Turkish midfielder has a contract with the Spanish club until the summer of 2023 and Celta will have to come up with a reasonable asking price if they want him gone this summer.

A transfer to Leeds could be an attractive proposition for the player as well. He would get to play in the Premier League under the management of a top-class coach like Bielsa.

It is evident that he is unwanted at Celta and therefore moving on is the best option for him. Although he might not be a regular starter at Elland Road, Bielsa’s system is physically demanding and therefore he could get ample game time through rotation.
