Former Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is closing in on a move to Celtic and he is looking to raid his former club for the coaching trio of Stephen Purches, Simon Weatherstone and Richard Hughes.
According to Daily Record, the 43-year-old manager has already met with Celtic officials in the last 24 hours to highlight his plans for the club.
He has urged the Scottish outfit to raid Bournemouth for the trio after the English club failed to make it out of the Championship playoffs.
Apparently, the Cherries are now looking to cut costs this summer and they would be willing to let go of some of their staff.
It will be interesting to see if Celtic can poach the Bournemouth coaching trio away from the South Coast this summer.
Meanwhile, the report adds that Howe could be confirmed as the Celtic manager this week and it will be interesting to see if he can rebuild the side and help the Hoops reclaim their domestic crown next season.
Celtic were comprehensively beaten to the title by Rangers this season and they will be desperate to bounce back strongly.
The Celtic squad is in need of a major rebuild and Howe will also have to add an efficient and attractive playing style once he is appointed as the manager of the club.
It remains to be seen if he can replace his key players properly. The likes of Odsonne Edouard and Kristoffer Ajer have been linked with moves away from Parkhead and Scott Brown has played his last game for the club as well.
